Alternative Vision

Seventeen organizations have proposed in a letter to Ike Leggett that Nick's Organic Farm provide first hand experiences to students to learn about local food and agriculture and the water and soil that sustain us. This educational effort would be part of a county-wide Food and Agriculture Policy Council, lodged in the private not-profit sector at no cost to the county.
